Common questions
Is BulkVerify really free?
Yes. There are no paid plans, credits, trials or hidden charges. You can add unlimited emails; the only rule is that each account gets 200,000 unique emails verified per day.
Can I upload more than 200,000 emails?
Yes — there is no limit on how many emails you add. A list of 4 million is fine. We verify 200,000 unique addresses per day for each account and continue automatically every day at 00:00 UTC until your whole list is done. Duplicates are removed first and never count.
What does a “Valid” result mean?
The address is correctly formed, contains no invalid characters, is not a disposable address and its domain has working mail (MX) records. We don’t contact mail servers, so we can’t guarantee that an individual mailbox exists.
Which file formats can I upload?
TXT files with one email address per line, or CSV files where you choose the column that contains the email addresses. Large files are uploaded in parts automatically, so lists with millions of emails work without any extra steps.
What happens to my uploaded files?
Your downloadable files are removed from your account 24 hours after your verification is completed. Operational records are retained separately in line with our Data Retention Policy.
