These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of BulkVerify at bulkverify.email (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
BulkVerify checks email lists using syntax and character validation, domain validation, DNS/MX lookups, disposable-domain detection and free-provider tagging. The Service does not connect to recipients’ mail servers (no SMTP probing). Results are technical assessments, not guarantees: a “Valid” result does not mean that a specific mailbox exists or will accept your message.
2. Free of charge
The Service is free. There are no paid plans, credits or hidden charges and we never ask for payment details. Each account can have 200,000 unique email addresses verified per day (UTC). There is no limit on the number of addresses you upload; addresses above the daily allowance are processed automatically on the following days. We may adjust limits to protect the Service and will show current limits in the interface.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate information.
- Accounts are personal. Do not share them or create multiple accounts to get around limits.
- You must verify your email address before using the verification features.
- Keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity under your account.
4. Your lists and your responsibilities
You may only upload email addresses that you have collected and may process lawfully. You are solely responsible for the content of your lists and for how you use the results, including compliance with anti-spam and data protection laws that apply to you. You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy.
You grant us the rights necessary to process your lists in order to provide, secure and improve the Service, including retaining them in our operational archive as described in our Data Retention Policy.
5. Files and retention
Result files remain downloadable for 24 hours after your verification is completed and are then removed from your account. Please download what you need in time. We are not able to restore files that have been removed from your account.
6. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Service available, but it is provided free of charge and may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or reasons beyond our control. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time.
7. Suspension and termination
You may delete your account at any time in your account settings. We may suspend or close accounts, cancel jobs or refuse uploads if we reasonably believe these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy have been violated, or to protect the Service and other users.
8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Email deliverability depends on many factors outside our control.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BulkVerify is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, reputation or business, arising from your use of the Service. Because the Service is free, our total liability for any claim is limited to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your lists, your use of the results or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
