BulkVerify is a free web service for checking bulk email lists before you send to them. You upload a TXT or CSV file, we clean it, remove duplicates and check every unique address, and you download separate files for each result type.
What we do
Bounced emails hurt your sender reputation and waste sending volume. Most of them can be caught before you hit “send”: addresses with typos or broken formatting, domains that don’t exist, domains that are not set up to receive email, and throwaway inboxes from disposable email services.
BulkVerify checks for exactly these problems. Every unique address goes through syntax and character validation, domain validation, DNS and MX lookups, disposable-domain detection and free-provider tagging.
What we don’t do
We do not connect to recipients’ mail servers to ask whether a mailbox exists (so-called SMTP probing). That technique is unreliable, can harm the reputation of the servers involved and is increasingly blocked. As a result, a “Valid” result from BulkVerify means the address is well-formed and its domain is set up to receive email — it does not guarantee that a specific mailbox exists. When we can’t be confident, we say so and mark the address as Risky or Unknown.
We also don’t treat role addresses such as info@ or sales@ as bad. If they are technically valid, they stay valid.
Built to be simple
- Unlimited emails per list. Upload 100,000 or 4 million addresses.
- 200,000 unique emails verified per day. Larger lists continue automatically after 00:00 UTC — no need to upload again.
- Duplicates never count. Repeated addresses are removed before your daily allowance is used.
- Runs in the background. You can close your browser; we email you when the job is complete.
- Clear downloads. Valid, invalid, free-provider, disposable, risky/unknown and duplicate files, plus a full CSV report.
Privacy by default
Your downloadable files are removed from your account 24 hours after your verification is completed. Operational records are retained separately as described in our Data Retention Policy. We don’t sell data and we don’t use advertising cookies.
